Themo is unable to follow Schedule
When Themo is in Smart Schedule mode and the lights are WHITE, then this means that your device has not received it's optimisation schedule from the server for the following day.
In this case Themo turns heating off until connection to server is established. It may be still possible to control your device via mobile app and turn on manual mode.
How to control Themo manually?
Themo will try to re-establish connection to the servers automatically and usually the problem is solved within a few hours. If not, then please try the following:
1. Switch off your device from the breaker box
2. Restart your Wi-Fi router
3. Switch your device back on from the breaker box
