When Themo has lost connection to the Wi-Fi router then the LED ring will blink WHITE (some versions blink RED). 

To fix the connection issue, please try the following:

1) Make sure that there is internet connection to where Themo is connected to.

2) Turn off the Themo from the circuit breaker box

3) Restart you Wi-Fi router

4) Power on Themo from the circuit breaker box
