There is always a slight lag of data between your heating and the app, therefore, the app can sometimes show outdated information or it might take time for commands to go through to heating. If the problem continues more than 12 hours, contact customer support.
What is going wrong when the heating is switched off in the app, but my floor is still getting warm?
